Ingredients

  • 1x bagel
  • 1x egg
  • 30 mlx milk
  • 1tp x vanilla essence
  • 1ts x sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix egg, milk, sugar and vanilla together

  2. 2

    Cut and then dip Bagel in the egg milk mix

  3. 3

    Cook in a frying pan with a knob of butter until browned and fluffy

  4. 4

    Top with favourite fruits, sauce or spices like cinnamon
