Ingredients

  • 1kgCarrot
  • 1kgCabbage
  • 100gmGood ya (sugar)
  • 4 tbspGarlic and ginger paste -
  • 4 tbspOil - table spoon
  • to tasteSalt, red chilli, Haldi, rai acc

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut carrot and cabbage in big piece.Boil water and put all carrot and cabbage in it, after 2minut bring out it from water and spread in sunlight. When it get dry,it is ready for pickle.

  2. 2

    Now fry the garlic ginger paste in oil then put all the spices and good or sugar in it, add all cabbage and carrots in it move for 5minuts.clos the gas.

  3. 3

    Now bring all the materials in a plate and water gathers in kadaimake the dry. When it dry and become cool add all the material in it and pour some rie in it.

  4. 4

    Put it in jar and enjoy with breakfast, lunch and dinner
