Ingredients

  1. Sauce pan
  2. 125 gramsbutter
  3. 1 cupicing sugar
  4. 1orange
  5. 1/4 cupmilk
  6. Then add
  7. 2 cupself raising flour
  8. 2eggs
  9. 1 tspbaking powder
  10. 1 packagescream cheese
  11. Topping
  12. 1icing sugar

    Pre heat oven to 180 celcius. Place butter and icing sugar in a pot, and heat slowly to melt the butter. Add grated rind and juice of orange, if you wanted to add fruit like currants now is the time. remove from heat and add milk after allowing mixture to cool a bit.

    Add flour baking powder and eggs and mix well. Spoon into cups and place optional chunks of cream cheese on top of each cup cake about 1cm square.

    Place trays of cup cakes in the oven which should be set to 180c. takes ten to fifteen minutes or until smelling really yummy!

  4. 4

    Use remaining cream cheese, probably around another cup of icing sugar and a last squeeze of the orange in a bowl and mix until smooth and creamy. when cup cakes are cool spoon mixture on top of each cup cake. Sprinkle or jolly with lollies as desired.
