  • 1medium onion
  • 1ripe tomato
  • 2knorrox cubes
  • 1 tspCayenne pepper
  • 1 litrewater

    Wash amaqina or cow heels

  2. 2

    Put in the pot chop onion and add

  3. 3

    Grate tomato and add

  4. 4

    Pour a litre of water knorrox cubes and Cayenne pepper bring to boil

  5. 5

    Cook until well cooked in a medium temperature heat
