Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cupWhole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tspBaking Soda
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 33/100 cupCoconut Oil
  • 1/2 cupHoney
  • 2Eggs
  • 1 cupBananas
  • 1/4 cupHot Water
  • 1 tspVanilla Extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt (dry mix)

  2. 2

    Mix oil and honey (wet mix)

  3. 3

    Add eggs to wet mix

  4. 4

    Add bananas and vanilla to wet mix

  5. 5

    Alternate between adding the dry mix and hot water into the wet mix

  6. 6

    Bake at 325d for 20 minutes
