Easy Key Lime Pie / Made With Lemons

For the base, crush biscuits finely, add sugar and enough melted butter to bind the biscuit. Spray a pie dish with spray and cook or similar. Press the biscuit mixture into the dish. Bake at 180°F Celsius for 6 minutes to get crust crunchy

Take base out of oven and cool. In a bowl mix together all the other ingredients (except the fresh cream) until smooth and slightly thickened. Pour into base slowly and bake at 180°F for 9 to 10 minutes. Cool completely and refrigerate for for a minimum of four hours, preferably overnight. Garnish with fresh whipped cream and some zest.
