Firstly soaked sama rice for 2 hours

Now add sama rice in mixer jar without water. Add curd and 1 green chilli. Grind it nicely

Now leave the mixture for 1/2 hour.

Add fruit salt in mixture,salt mix it.Make the idlis in idli stand.

For tadka:-take a pan add oil, add rai and curry patta fry it and pour on idlis.
