Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRoasted sweet peppers
  2. 1 cupGarlic peeled & chopped
  3. 1/2 cupPine nuts toasted
  4. 2 tbspChopped fresh basil
  5. 1 tspKosher salt
  6. 1/4 tspCayenne pepper
  7. 1 cupParmesan cheese. Grated
  8. 1 tbspLemon juice
  9. 1/2 cupOlive oil

    Combine all ingred except oil in food processor & purée until smooth. Then add oil until mixed well.
