Put the cream cheese into the mixer and mix until softened.

Next add in the sugar, eggs, heavy cream, flour, and lemon juice one at a time. Be sure to mix every time you add an ingredient.

Melt the butter and mix it in while it is still hot.

Steam-bake in an oven for 30 minutes at 140℃ (285℉).
