Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlDhuli udad dal
  2. 1 1/2 TablespoonSemolina 1¹/² big spoon
  3. 1 tablespoonGrated carrot
  4. 1 tablespoonChopped onion
  5. 1 teaspoonChopped coriander leaves
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspCoriander powder
  8. 1 tspDry mango powder
  9. 1 tspSamber masala
  10. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  12. 1/2 tsp.Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak dal in water over night..

  2. 2

    Then grind it..and make fine paste..

  3. 3

    Then add all ingredients in it..

  4. 4

    Mix it well and make fine batter..

  5. 5

    Then grease appee pan..

  6. 6

    Put batter in it..

  7. 7

    Cover it and cook it on slow flame till it become properly cooked..

  8. 8

    Then serve hot..
