Ugba with pomo
A treat for everyone at home today🙄
Steps

Pour in a tablespoon of water in the potash.drain the liquid out.keep

Pour in red oil in a bowl,pour in the liquid from the potash mix very well.add onion(sliced),crayfish,peppeer and add salt to taste.

Mix very well i use my hands to mix.then heat up ehuru in a dry pot and blend sprinkle inside the potash sauce.

Rinse the ugba and pour inside the sauce.mix very well.

Boil the pomo with salt for 1hour till is chewable.pour inside the ugba and mix very well.

Place on the heat to simmer for 5minutes.
