  • 2chopped tomatoes
  • 1little oil
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1onion
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • ugali

    Wash omena with warm water, and set aside.

    Heat cooking oil then deep fry the omena.

  3. 3

    Add onions then tomatoes and salt.

    Serve with Ugali
