Cooking Instructions

Boil or roast the tomatoes for about 10 Min.

Drain off water and peel tomatoes, then mash them.

Add onion, pepper, salt, bit of black pepper and mix well.

Tomatoes must be very soggy.

Heat oil in frying pan, add garlic until light brown. Taking care not to burn it.

Take off the fire and mix with the tomatoes.

Put flour in a bowl. Add 1/2 tbls of baking powder and let it sit for about 1/2 hour. Oil must be very hot.

Turn the stove down or the doe will burn.

Cut the doe in triangle size after rolling. Make the doe rise creating a pocket.
