  8. 1 tbspOnion Powder
  9. 1 tspNo Salt Seasoning
  10. Pam Cooking Spray
  11. 1 cupMarinara or Pizza Sauce

Cooking Instructions

10 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 325°F

  2. 2

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and spray with Pam

  3. 3

Here's what you will need for the bread:

  4. 4

Cut the Pita bread in half

  5. 5

    Cut the Velveeta into 1/2" thick slices and gently place them into the Pita pocket along with the 1 TBS of shredded cheddar cheese. Make sure to try and push the cheeses back as far as possible so every inch will be cheesy once melted (;

  6. 6

Set the Pita pockets on the cooking tray & mist the tops of them with more Pam

  7. 7

Push the two Pita halves together and sprinkle on the garlic, onion, no salt seasonings, and the Parmesan cheese sprinkle

  8. 8

Add the remaining chesses on top

  9. 9

Bake at 325° for about 15 mins depending on your oven

  10. 10

Cut it into serving sizes - 1 Pita bread was way plenty for myself & the man. Rich, creamy, cheesy & omg amazing! (:

  11. 11

Serve immediately with the marinara dipping sauce, or dip it in your soup!

  12. 12

*You can do so much with this recipe! Like it spicy? Add some jalapeños and a little cream cheese inside the pocket! Add onions, ham, even bacon! Go nuts if you like veggies because you can load this bad boy up! Have fun and enjoy! :D
