Keep stirring in circular motion until you see milk separating with the help of mathani.

Now what you see is milk and butter.

Wash it with cold water.

Take butter in a pan.

Take milk in separate container.

Wash butter again in the pan and take the milk in milks container.

Put the pan containing butter onto the burner.

Flame should be high.

Let butter melt with constant stirring.

After it melts, turn flame to low.

Put the container with milk on the burner.

Wait for milk egaculation.

Drain the egaculated milk on a soft cloth malmal.

Hard cottage cheese will be collected in the cloth.

Turn the flame off after ghee seems light orangish.

Let it cool then transfer into any container
