  • 500 mlmilk
  • 6 PCdates (khajoor)
  • 1 tspcurd

Steps

    Boil milk

  2. 2

    Spake dates in hot water for 10-15mnts

  3. 3

    Mash &filter the pulp

  4. 4

    When milk reach boiling point add dates pulp

  5. 5

    Add curd

  6. 6

    When chhena separate the milk hang in muslin cloth tightly for 30-40mnts

  7. 7

    After mnts mashed chhena until creamy texture

  8. 8

    Make round shape..
