  1. 8chicken thighs with skin
  2. 1 packagesdry French onion soup mix
  3. 1 cupapricot preserves
  4. 8 ozRussian dressing

    preheat oven to 400 °

  2. 2

    mix all ingredients except chicken, in a bowl

  3. 3

    place chicken in a baking pan. sprinkle with pepper, no extra salt is needed

  4. 4

    pour sauce over chicken and make sure it's covered well.

  5. 5

    roast uncovered at 400° for an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes or until chicken is done. baste several times during cooking
