I wanted to create a new Italian dish that was visually amazing & delicious with simple natural Italian flavor.
Steps

In a pot of generously salted boiling water cook the pasta until Aldente strain & set aside.

Chop garlic & shallot & saute in pan with olive oil & salt
- 3
Add wine & let reduce to remove alcohol
- 4
Add squid & salt & pepper for taste
- 5
Will only take a couple of minutes to cook the calamari...when done add the lemon juice.

Add 1/4 of the pasta to a dish place 1/4 of the calamari on top & spoon a generous amount of the sauce with shallots & garlic on top & garnish with parsley.
