  1. 3eggs
  2. 2 cuphot mashed potatoes
  3. 1/2 cupsour cream
  4. 1teaspoon
  5. 2 tspchopped chives
  6. 1 tspseasoned salt

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside. Beat yolks until smooth and add potatoes.

  3. 3

    Fold in beaten egg whites, sour cream, chives, and salt. Pour into buttered 2-quart baking dish.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
