Dice the ca. 1800g of toasted bread

Add 3 big white or pink onions

Add spices

After having mixed the spices well with the bread, add the celery (ca. 9 sticks), the apples (ca. 3) and sprinkle with oil.

Mix well

Add hot water (max 1cup) and mix again

Taste. If necessary add salt,pepper,sage

Add to casserole

Cover with foil and fr 45 min into 350F oven

At 175℃
