My best friend's wedding is coming up and he asked me to devise a signature drink for the reception. I tried to make it as close to the recipe in the novel as possible. This drink is definitely... weird.

Alcoholic Ingredients
1 1/2 ozGin
1 ozGalliano
1/4 ozCreme de Menthe, clear
Nonalcoholic Ingredients
Ginger Ale, diet
1Lemon Slice
1 piecedry ice

Pour ginger ale in cocktail glass filling it about 1/3.

Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add alcoholic ingredients.

Shake the shaker very well until the contents is ice cold.

Strain drink into glass. Top off with ginger ale.

Drop dry ice into drink.

Tear lemon slice above the drink and garnish on glass.

Drink...but very carefully.
