Ingredients

  1. 2 lbChicken breasts (about 3-4)
  2. 1 canPineapple in juice
  3. 1 mediumonion
  4. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  5. 1/2 cupChicken broth

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onion and place in crockpot.

  2. 2

    Place chicken breast on top of onion,

  3. 3

    Dump can of pineapple (juice no all) over chicken.

  4. 4

    Dump the soy sauce and broth over everything.

  5. 5

    Cover and cook on HIGH in the crockpot for 4-5 hours or on low for 6-8.
