2 can5oz. Each light tuna in water, drained, flaked
1 box6oz. stove top stuffing for chicken
1 cupshredded mild cheddar cheese
1carrot, shredded
1/3 cupmayonnaise
3/4 cupWater
2 tbspsweet pickle relish

mix all ingredients. refrigerate 10 minutes

heat a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.

use 1/3 cup portions to make balls. flatten slightly. place in pan, in batches.

cook 6 minutes or until golden brown on both sides. turn Patties after 3 minutes
