Ingredients

  1. 6 oztomato paste (1 can)
  2. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  3. 1 tsporegano
  4. 1/4 tspsugar
  5. 15 ozwater
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. 1 pinchblack pepper
  8. 1fresh tomato (optional)
  9. 1/2green pepper (optional)
  10. fresh garlic cloves and onions (optional)
  11. 1 tspbutter or oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up butter and any fresh vegetables (chopped) until soft.

  2. 2

    Add tomato paste, water, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, and garlic powder.

  3. 3

    Stir well, Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Serve with pasta. If you want a thinner sauce then you can add more water.
