Ingredients

  • 6 oztomato paste (1 can)
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1/4 tspsugar
  • 15 ozwater
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • 1fresh tomato (optional)
  • 1/2green pepper (optional)
  • fresh garlic cloves and onions (optional)
  • 1 tspbutter or oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up butter and any fresh vegetables (chopped) until soft.

  2. 2

    Add tomato paste, water, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, and garlic powder.

  3. 3

    Stir well, Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Serve with pasta. If you want a thinner sauce then you can add more water.
