Ingredients

  1. 10turkey wings
  2. 1Complete seasoning
  3. 1poultry seasoning
  4. 1garlic powder
  5. 1use favorite seasoning
  6. 1whole garlic clove
  7. 1sliced onion
  8. 1chicken stock
  9. 1butter

Cooking Instructions

    Season turkey wings

    Deep fry turkey wings for 5-8 until skin is crisp on each side.

    Roast garlic clove in olive oil with salt and black pepper on 350 for 30 minutes until garlic is soft.

    Add 1 stick of butter into a pot to make the gravey. Once melted add the all purpose flour. Stir until thick.

    Add 2 table spoons of the oil you fried the turkey wings for flavor.

  6. 6

    Add onions, roasted garlic and 1 1/2 cup of chicken stock stir.

  7. 7

    At this point your turkey wings should be placed in a pan an the over set for 400. Poor an even portion of the roasted garlic gravey onto the wings cover in aluminium foal and cook 30 minutes.
