Ingredients

1/4 cupBlack Beans
2 tbspcorn
2 tbspdiced red bell bepper
2 tspminced scallions
2 pinchchili powder
1/2 tspolive oil
1/2 tsplime juice
1salt to taste
1sprinkle of cheddar

Steps

Mix all ingredients, except cheese, in a bowl.

Pit an avocado, placed mixed ingredients into 1/2 and avocado

Sprinkle with cheese.

You can also do it using 2Tbsp each diced ham and tomato plus 3 Tbsp shredded lettuce, 1tsp mayo plus salt and pepper and a few croutons
