7 lbboneless pork loin
1 lbbacon
1 largeclove of garlic or 8 regular cloves sliced
savory rub see attached recipe

Slice the pork loin in center to butterfly the loin

Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit

Slice the garlic add to center of pork loin add a tablespoon of savory rub

Close the loin and wrap with bacon. Then put into a baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray.

Put more rub on top and bake in oven till done.
