Dreamy Creamy Cheesy Broccoli and Rice

Put rice in a pot get very hot add your oil. Stir till all is coated add water. Let heat 3 minutes add frozen broccoli.

Cook till rice and broccoli is done. Let sit covered.

Heat milk ,shred the cheese. Add margarine when the margarine melts add cheese stir well. Mix the water and cornstarch add to the milk cheese mixture. Stir till thickens.

Add sauce to rice and broccoli, then mix well.

Let sit 15 minutes serve hope you enjoy!
