Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbChicken breasts
  • 1/3 cupButter, melted
  • 1/3 cupfine bread crumbs
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsppepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Oven 400°F. Chicken should be boneless and skinless, cut into bit size pieces 1-1\2'' x 1-3/4''

  2. 2

    Combine crumbs with salt and pepper. Dip nuggets into melted butter, roll into bread crumb mixture to coat and place on foil lined baking sheet. Bake 10 -12 minutes
