Ingredients

  1. 225 gramscream cheese
  2. 100 gramsmargarine
  3. 200 gramsicing sugar
  4. 1 tspvanilla extract
  5. 2 tbspfreshly squeezed orange juice
  6. zest of half an orange

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat cream cheese and margarine together. add the vanilla, juice and zest. sieve in the icing sugar and fold all together until smooth

  2. 2

    Fill cake with 1/3. use the rest to cover the cake top and sides
