Ingredients

  • 225 gramscream cheese
  • 100 gramsmargarine
  • 200 gramsicing sugar
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 2 tbspfreshly squeezed orange juice
  • zest of half an orange

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat cream cheese and margarine together. add the vanilla, juice and zest. sieve in the icing sugar and fold all together until smooth

  2. 2

    Fill cake with 1/3. use the rest to cover the cake top and sides
