1 cupLess Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 cupRed Wine Vinegar

Melt butter over medium heat. Add wings,sprinkle with garlic. Cook til brown;turning once. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Carefully add soy sauce,vinegar and 1 cup water to skillet. Bring to boil reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 25-30 mins then let cool and pour over wings
