  • 1For the mixture
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1 cupdesicated coconut
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 3weetbix
  • 1 tbspcocoa powder
  • 130 gramsbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 180°F

  2. 2

    mix all dry ingrediants together. (crush the weetbix into mixture)

  3. 3

    melt butter

  4. 4

    mix butter with dry ingrediants

  5. 5

    Grease a slice tin and press mix in

  6. 6

    bake for 1/2 hour

  7. 7

    ice and cut slice while hot
