Preheat oven 375°F

In medium bowl, mix flour. into cookie mix

add softened butter and egg.

roll dough onto floured surface and cut cookies 1/4 inch thick with 2-inch cookie cutter and place on ungreased cookie sheet

bake for 6 to 8 minutes until edges are light golden brown.

Cool 1 minutes before from cookie sheet. Cool completely. Store in air tight container.
