Ingredients

  • 1 cupMayo
  • 1 cupMexican or cheddar cheese
  • 16 ozcream cheese
  • 4 ozGreen chilies
  • 8 ozjalapeño slices
  • 1/2 cupparm cheese
  • 1/2 cupbread crumbs or panko
  • 3 tbspmelted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven 375°

  2. 2

    mix together first 5 ingredients with a mixer or by hand til well blended put in 8x8 glass dish

  3. 3

    mix parm cheese, bread crumbs and melted butter together and spread on top of dip

  4. 4

    bake for 30 minutes

  5. 5

    serve with toasted baguette bread or pita chips
