I have a thing for bananas this is a pretty nice cake the sugar is reduced as I find the bananas and sometimes I use raisins add to the sweetness..the vanilla essence I tend to use to my heart demise..so use an amount thats appropriate to your tastes

I have a thing for bananas this is a pretty nice cake the sugar is reduced as I find the bananas and sometimes I use raisins add to the sweetness..the vanilla essence I tend to use to my heart demise..so use an amount thats appropriate to your tastes
Steps

Mix together sugar and butter till smooth and creamy

Mash 2 or 3 overripe bananas and into mixture at the end of step one and the two eggs

Add flour, baking powder and salt to mixture end of step 3
- 4
Add vanilla essence
- 5
Add milk if mixture is too thick
- 6
Preheated oven at 180°F and bake for 45mins-60mins
- 7
IMPORTANT:wait for it too cool down or cut a warm slice, enjoy the yummy goodness :-)
