  • 1 mediumOnion
  • 1 largeRed Pepper
  • 3 tspSalt
  • 2 smallmaggi cube
  • 2 cuprice
  • 4 cupwater
  • 1 tbspcurry powder
  • 6 tbspOil
  • 2 cuprice

Steps

  1. 1

    put 4 cups of water in a medium pot let water boil

  2. 2

    Then add rice, allow to cook a bit

  3. 3

    Then add your:

    chopped beef, green and red pepper, onion, cubes of maggi stock, salt, sweet corn

  5. 5

    allow to cook for 15mins or till soft enough to eat.

  6. 6

    then add oil

  7. 7

    allow to simmer then serve
