Ingredients

  1. 14 ozsweetened shredded coconut
  2. 14 ozsweetened condensed milk
  3. 1 tspvanilla extract
  4. 2eggs whites at room temp
  5. 1/4 tspkosher salt

Cooking Instructions

    Combine coconut, condensed milk and vanilla in large bowl

  2. 2

    Whip the egg whites and salt on high speed with whisk attachment until stiff peaks form

  3. 3

    Fold egg whites into coconut mixture

  4. 4

    Drop two teaspoons onto parchment paper

  5. 5

    Bake for 25-30 mins at 325°F until golden brown

  6. 6

    Let cool to room temp
