Steps

Blend all wet ingredients and coconut flakes until smooth.

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda.

Add blended mixture to dry ingredients, mix gently. Rest 10 minutes.

Heat waffle maker/pan, brush with oil or butter.

Drop coin-sized batter, cook 2 minutes per side or until golden.

Cool and serve.

NOTE : Flour amount varies with main ingredient's moisture and any addition. Start with 1 tbsp and gradually add as needed. Stop when batter thickens but still flowy, if too thick add a splash of milk to thin out.
