Combine cinnamon-sugar with allspice. Sprinkle pineapple slices with cinnamon sugar mixture. Place onto medium-low grill and grill until tender, turning as needed, until golden brown, about 7 minutes.

Place pineapple slices onto plate. Top with ice cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce that has been heated in microwave for about 15 seconds.
