Ingredients

5 servings
  • 2 1/2 cupWhole Wheat Medium Shells
  • 2 1/2 cupBroccoli Florets
  • 2 cupDiced/Shredded Chicken
  • 1 1/2 cupShredded Mozzarella
  • 16 ozAlfredo Sauce
  • 1/2 tspGarlic Powder
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspPepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook shells. Drain. Add Alfredo sauce, salt, pepper & garlic powder. Stir & set aside.

  2. 2

    Place broccoli florets & a little water in a container with a lid. Leave lid loose & microwave on high for 2-3 minutes depending on how crunchy you like the broccoli. Keep in mind it will cook more in the oven

  3. 3

    Cook & dice/shred chicken.

  4. 4

    Add broccoli & chicken to the shells. Stir. Pour into a 13x9 pan & top with mozzarella.

  5. 5

    Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
