1 cupsweet corn kernels
2 tbspChopped tomatoes
2 tbspChopped cucumber
2 tbspChopped onion
1 tbspChopped green chillies
1 tbspChopped coconut
to tasteSalt and pepper
1 tspRed chilli powder
2 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspChopped mint leaves
1 tbspChopped coriander leaves

In a large bowl add sweet corn kernels and all the other veggies and chopped coconut along with the powder masalas.

Now add lemon juice and chopped mint leaves.
