Ingredients

  • 100 gmmakhana
  • 1 tbspchat Masala
  • 2-3 tbspghee
  • 1 tea spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 tea spoonturmeric powder
  • 1 tea spoonblack pepper
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and heat the ghee.

  2. 2

    When it melts,put the makhana in the pan and roast them.

  3. 3

    Add all the spices to the roasted makhana and mix well.

  4. 4

    Mix it very well and roast for some time and MASALA MAKHANA is ready.
