First marinated chicken in a bowl with

Ginger,garlic, green chilli paste& vinegar...

Heat little oil & fry chicken only for 2 to 3 mins,

Grind the onion to paste mix with curd,

Pour the paste in chicken and mix

Pressure cook till 2 whistle, shit the gas let the steam escape,

Open the lid, temperd the chicken with ghee, redchilli powder,garam masala powder & raisins,

Add salt & sugar,

Can add some rose water & some fresh cream,

Then pressure cook another 10 mins...garnish some coriander leaves,

Serve hot with naan,parantha...
