Ingredients

  • 1 cuplotus stem
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspKashmiri Mirch
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 2cardamom
  • 2badi Elaichi
  • 1 inchcinnamon
  • 1 pcjavitri
  • 1 tspfennel

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the slice of lotus stem

  2. 2

    Boil them

  3. 3

    Take a pan add oil crackle jeera, sabut masala

  4. 4

    Add lotus stem, turmeric powder, Kashmiri Mirch Garam masala& salt

  5. 5

    Dilute the curd &filter it

  6. 6

    Add in the pan cook simmer flame for 15mnts

  7. 7

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves..
