Ingredients

20minutes
6 servings
  • 4 cupsflour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 3 tablespoonsyeast
  • 1/2 sachetbutter (simas)
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 litrevegetable oil
  • 3eggs

Steps

20minutes
  1. 1

    Add your dry ingredients together flour, sugar, salt milk and mix together including sugar

  2. 2

    Prove the yeast, by mixing in warm water and allow to stand for 10minutes

  3. 3

    To the dried ingredient, add your whisked egg, and mix thoroughly until its well mixed

  4. 4

    Make a well at the centre of the mixture and pour the liquid mixture

  5. 5

    Mix very well u till it becomes a soft dough

  6. 6

    Cover in a warm place and allow for 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Uncover and knead very well. Using a doughnut cutter, cut and fry in a low heat

  8. 8

    Till it becomes golden brown....serve with any chilled beverage
