Fish Curry with Cauliflower

Steps

Fry the fish in the mustard oil and take it off till it becomes brown.

Then apply mustard oil in a kadai along with 1 teaspoon of jeeta and Indian bay leaf.

After that apply potato and cauliflower pieces in the oil and let it dry for sometime.

Apply 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, chilli powder,jeera powder and coriander leaves and salt to taste.

After the item has been fried stir it for sometime and apply hot water and the fish and keep it for 5 minutes.

Then serve it hot with rice.
