  1. 200 gramsShirataki noodles
  2. 1eggplant
  3. 1 cupsliced shiitake or enoki mushrooms
  4. 2 tbspGochujang
  5. 2 tbsprice syrup or honey
  6. 1 tbspcrushed sesame seeds
  7. 5 clovesgarlic
  8. 2 tspsesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cook noodles according to package instructions.

    Stir fry garlic, sliced eggplant, and mushrooms in sesame oil.

    Add Gochujang and rice syrup or honey. Adjust to taste.

    Add crushed sesame seeds.

  5. 5

    Add cooked noodles and stir fry until all fully combined. Season with salt.
