Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 12 ozbag of egg noodles
  2. 2 (10.5 oz)cans cream of chicken soup
  3. 1 (10.5 oz)can cream of mushroom soup
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 1 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1 tsponion powder
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tsppepper
  9. 1 Tparsley flakes
  10. 1 poundchicken cooked and cubed (or shredded rotisserie)
  11. 1 cancorn
  12. 1 (12 oz)bag frozen sliced carrots
  13. 1 cuppanko
  14. 2 Tbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Cook egg noodles as directed and add the carrots just for the last minute.

    While they are cooking combine soups, milk, and spices.

    Stir the chicken and corn into soup mixture.

  5. 5

    Drain noodles and carrots and add to mixture.

  6. 6

    Pour into 9x13 casserole dish.

    Melt butter in small bowl in microwave.

  8. 8

    Stir panko into melted butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole.

    Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

Honestly, I put my recipes here so that I can easily look them up myself (although some are made often enough that I no longer need the recipe - like the pork chops, my son's favorite). That being said, these are the tried and true dishes I make on a regular basis for my family. But, of course, I'm glad to share...enjoy.
