Cut the zucchini thin as u can. Pre-heat oven to 225

Put in a bowl and mix oil pepper and salt together.

Line a pan with wax paper. And place zucchini in pan single layer.

Put in oven. Bake for 1 hour then flip and bake for another hour or until crisp
