  1. 5boneless country pork ribs
  2. 1 tbsptoasted sesame seeds
  3. 2 tspcrushed pepper flakes (chopped red chiles shown)
  4. 2 tsponion powder
  5. 1 tspground ginger
  6. 1 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1 tspground white pepper
  8. 1sesame oil; as needed
  9. 1kosher salt; to taste

    Toss ribs in enough oil to coat. Season. Roast at 350°for approximately 25 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness. Think of a pork chop...don't overcook country pork ribs!
